30-Day Accidental Damage Cover

Optional 30-day accidental damage cover costs $4.99 per pair, paid once. Ordinary returns, delivery problems and faulty goods do not require this add-on.

What the cover includes

Optional cover costs $4.99 per pair, paid once. Cover starts when your gloves arrive and lasts 30 calendar days. We provide one replacement pair for accidental damage during normal use in accordance with the supplied instructions. Standard delivery of the replacement is included. If a replacement is unavailable, we refund the amount paid for the affected pair. A replacement does not restart the cover period.

Exclusions

Excludes intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, immersion in water, fire, loss or theft, normal wear, and cosmetic marks that do not affect operation. Only one accepted claim per covered pair is included.

How to make a claim

Contact SNOWVANTA through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description and a clear photo or short video. We pay return shipping if we require the damaged pair back for an accepted claim.

Cancelling the cover

Cancel before dispatch for a full refund of the cover fee. You can cancel within 14 days after delivery for a refund of the cover fee if no claim has been accepted. Cancelling the glove order also cancels its cover. Any broader mandatory rights still apply.

Your statutory rights

Factory defects and delivery problems are handled separately and do not require paid cover. This optional service does not limit your rights for faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods.
