Destinations and cost

SNOWVANTA currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and France. Tracked shipping is included in the displayed product price. Other destinations are not available at checkout.

Processing and transit

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Availability checks and peak periods can take longer; we will contact you if your order is delayed.

• United States: estimated 5–8 business days in transit after dispatch.
• United Kingdom, Germany and France: estimated 3–6 business days in transit after dispatch.

Processing and transit are separate. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, public holidays, weather and remote addresses may cause delays. We send tracking details when your order ships.

Delivery support included

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to buy accidental damage cover for delivery problems or faulty goods.

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties or local charges, if any, may be payable on arrival.
